About Buddy

Buddy is a 25 pound, miniature Austrailian cattle dog. He is a working ranch dog. We no longer have a large herd of goats, so he is looking for a new job. He used to gather up pasture goats. He prefers to be outside running around sleeping on the hay stack. He gets along well with cats. He is slow to bond with new people and will not approach strangers. He is very submissive and will even be evasive until he is familiar with someone. He is best suitable to someone who is familiar with the breed. He does not usually get along with large dogs because they don't want to be herded by Buddy.
