About MAX

Max was a rescue. He came from an abusive home where he was not cared for and starved. He has had formal training now and responds to verbal and silent commands. He is good with my family to include kids and other animals. He is very territorial and protective of family members. He is currently kennel trained. We are having to rehome him due to his jumping on people and barking in their face when they are on our sidewalk. He has never bitten anyone but the jumping and scaring of people has made our town police deem him a dangerous dog. We are looking for a loving home for him preferably adults with a big yard to run and play. He is very loving and loyal. I really do not want to get rid of him but must, so he can have a better life. I do not have documents but a vet told me he has the lines of a german shepard and the family I got him from said he was a pure bred.
