About Wally (aka Walnut)

This sweet guy is so affectionate! He loves to cuddle but at the same time he's not needy, independent but always checking on you to make sure you know you're loved & appreciated. He's such a wonderful dog that deserves an equally wonderful forever home. Approx 2-3 years old, approx 45lbs, lab/shephered/staffy mix, great on leash, not a barker, good with other dogs, loves kids, easy going, house trained. No cats. Just an easy going dude. Walnut was dumped in a field in San Bernardino. He sat patiently under a walnut tree for his owner to return...but they never did. Hope For Paws rescued him and he is now in our care. He is ready for his true forever home. From his foster: 'Thinks he's small enough for a lap. Just wants naps & cuddles. Of all the dozens of dogs I've worked with don't think I've ever met someone as sweet as Wally. I have no doubt he's going to find a home soon as he is the definition of a good boy.'
