About Carmine

HI! My name is Carmine! I was found in a ditch in the country where someone dumped me with my crate. Isn't that sad? But, I was rescued by a Good Samaritan who is currently fostering me until I find the perfect, forever home. I like other dogs and I'm starting to learn that there are nice humans too! I'm a 3-year old Chiweenie, all vetted and ready to go home to a family. I'm a little shy when I meet new people, but once I know you - I'll climb right into your lap. My foster tells me she doesn't think I had much exposure to love, but I'm starting to think it's pretty amazing! I'm practicing walking on a leash so I can take long walks - followed by a nap!
