About Vegas

Hi, my name is Vegas and I'm a handsome 5 year old, 65 pound Chocolate Lab that has somehow found myself in a middle TN kill shelter. At the shelter the staff knows that I use to have a home by the great manners I have and how well behaved I am. Sadly my owners never came looking for me and that seems to happen a lot these days down south. I'm a really great guy! I know how to sit when I'm told, walk well on a leash, I love to play ball and I really enjoy the water. If I don't sound perfect enough already, I'm also one of the friendliest dogs you'll probably ever meet. I get along great with all other dogs and love every human that I meet. I would love to go to a family that's willing to play with me and give me the exercise that I need. I could probably stand to knock off a few pounds in my middle age. I'm a very mellow dog and I'll never jump on you which seems to be a plus I am told. I would enjoy daily walks or kids to play ball with in the back yard. Can you be my superhero and give me the forever home that I so deserve? Save me please!!
