About Minnie

Introducing Minnie! She is a red Miniature Pinscher mix who is 7 years old and weighs just over 17 pounds. She was surrendered to us by her owner who recently became ill and was no longer able to care for her. She is up to date on all her shots and is heartworm negative. Minnie is very sweet and lovable and is good with kids. Based on the foster's experience so far she is proving to be house broken, which is always a blessing. Minnie is good with cats and has been friendly with all the dogs she has met so far, some big and others small. She walks well on a leash, she enjoys being around her human and she loves having her back scratched! She isn't a traditional lap dog but she likes to be close by and wants to be in the same room with you. Minnie doesn't sleep on the bed at night but will bed down close by and she loves to hide in the pillows on the couch! Minnie is looking for a furever home where she can settle at her own pace with a family that has the patience to let her find her own way to them.
