About Ginger

Age: 2 Years, Microchipped: Not Yet, Children Under 10: Yes, Children Over 10: Yes, Potty Trained: Yes, Crate Trained: Yes, Leash Trained: Needs Work, Additional Notes: Miss Ginger is the sweetest girl. She recently gave birth to a litter of puppies and was a great momma. She even attempted to nurse 3 orphan pups. Ginger was recently diagnosed with a grade 2 heart murmur. Her foster mom says, 'She is an amazing dog who has overcome a lot in her short life. She can be a bit shy and vocal when meeting new people, but warms up to people quickly. Otherwise, she is not much of a barker. She is learning how to be a dog and the joy of running and playing. She plays well with other dogs and doesn't really bother the cats. She eats wet food very quickly, but just snacks on kibble. We are starting to work on leash training, but she does well with both a collar and dog clothing (since the fall mornings can be chilly). Her favorite thing to do is sleep on, next to or near you. She will make an amazing family member.'
