About Mercy

WAAL took me in when I was on the streets, trying desperately to care for my litter of kittens. I'm so thankful they were able to help me and my babies. My babies have found their forever homes, and now it's my turn! I know that kittens are all the rage right now, and you might not be interested in a grown-up girl like me, but don't pass me over just yet! I won't climb your drapes; I won't keep you up playing at night, and you'll know exactly what you're getting when you adopt me! I sometimes miss my time outdoors, so I tend to want to bolt through open doors, but I'm learning that being indoors and on a couch has its perks, too. I use a litter box without fail, and I enjoy toys and playing occasionally, too! I haven't met a dog since I came to WAAL, so I'm not sure how I feel about those, but I get along with some cats as long as they give me my space and let me have my bubble. I've never met a stranger or a person I didn't like, and I'm used to getting my hair brushed and my nails trimmed.
