Pepper is a sweet dog. She loves to cuddle up on your lap and have you scratch her belly. She is more of a house dog and loves to eat. She barks a lot and because we have a baby in our small condo, she tends to wake the baby a lot. We have to re-home her ASAP to avoid bringing her to a shelter.
