About Belle

Belle is a 6 year old chihuahua mix originally hailing from Texas. She was rescued from a high kill shelter and was transferred to us here in Massachusetts after getting spayed and up to date on all her medical. She can be timid / skittish at first, but does warm up quickly. She would be happiest in a quiet-ish home but does OK in her foster home with other dogs and teenage kids. An older dog as a companion for her would probably be a wonderful thing. She is equally comfortable with men and women and likes to sit quietly next to you. She will need a little TLC when transitioning to a new home but we have watched her blossom in her foster home and we know when she finds her forever love she will bloom! She is looking for her forever home, could it be yours? Adoption fee is $400, which includes spay/neuter, microchip, USDA transport, vaccines, health certificate and Massachusetts mandatory animal quarantine.
