About Rocket

Update on Rocket, As of today He is now with Rescue One and will be having his surgery to repair his pelvis soon. If you would like to donate to Rescue One to help with the cost of the surgery please contact them through their website. Thank You! Rocket was hit by a car and taken to the emergency vet. The xray's showed that he has a fractured pelvis that will require surgery. The owner's could not afford the surgery and have surrendered him to the shelter. Rocket is a very sweet boy that is very quiet and does not complain about his injury. He is able to stand and has control of his bowels and bladder. He is currently on cage rest while we try to find a place for him. We are looking for a rescue that can take rocket and get him the surgery that he needs. Please call 417-332-0172. The sooner Rocket is out of the shelter and gets the surgery he needs the better.
