8/3/18(S)- Teche is a female lab.Weight 44.6.Approximately 2 yrs old.Available 8/8/18.Vet care was provided for $386.58- Teche for suspected broken leg,on exam,she has a severely swollen right front carpus with and draining lesions over the front part of the carpus .Radiographs reveal a fracture of the carpal bone with metallic pieces that are consistent to a gun shot,she also has a severe chronic otitis in both ears.We are treating both ears with Vetraseb with Baytril and Dexamethsone topically and Prednisone orally. Clavamax is treated for the infected carpus and Baytril(both antibiotics.Recheck in 7 days.
