About Otter

.OTTER doesn't understand this social distancing thing. He insist on giving kisses and sitting in my lap. He's so cute and so sweet, how could I resist! If you're looking for a loyal forever friend, Otter is your guy! He is 2 years old and thought to be a beagle/basset/dachshund mix. He is neutered, current on shots and will be microchipped prior to adoption. Don't miss out of this guy! ****please be advised that this puppy is a standard dachshund MIX. His current weight is approximately 45#'s, We can not attest to Otter with children ie, babies, toddlers, and children under the age of 13. We do NOT know how he will behave with handicapped or mentally challenged children or adults. We also, can NOT certify Otter as a Service Animal. That can only be done by a certified, licensed, doctor/trainer.
