WAGS RESCUE WELCOMES TRACKER.... HOw does such a handsome lab end up in a shelter and no one come to get him. I will never have the answer to why so many sit but we do know this sweet , well mannered boy is safe with WAGS))) He is about 7 mos old, neutered, HW negative and has basic commands down pat.
