About Maisie

Very sweet 9 month old German Shepard mix pup. Great with our 1.5 year old son and all kids she has met. Friendly with other dogs that we meet while walking. Spayed and microchipped a few weeks ago. Maisie needs an owner/family that can take her for two good length walks a day or a run. She needs someone who can take the time to train her. She would be a great jogging partner! She loves to fetch balls and sticks and play tug of war with her rope toys and hang out with her family on the couch. Shes been great on the hikes and walks we've taken together. She's very loving and excited to meet all sorts of people and dogs. We adopted her 2-3 weeks ago from the Metro Animal Services but unfortunately our timing was not great. My husband just started a new job this week and with a toddler, we don't have the time and energy to give her the training she needs. It's adding too much stress right now, and we don't want to be a stressful place for Maisie either! We'll be very sad to see her go because she really is such a sweet, fun dog. Rehoming fee covers only what we've spent on her, so we will provide you with a bed, kennel, bowls, collar, leash, harness, food (wet and dry), and toys. Everything you need for her right now. She does need a follow up at the vet because we haven't had time to take her in the past couple weeks, but she had her first round of every shot she needs when picked up by animal services.
