About Jellybean

What's your favorite thing that's teeny tiny and oh-so-sweet? For us, it's Jellybean. No, not the candy! Our Jellybean is way better than that! She's a happy-go-lucky 9-lb. Rat Terrier/Chihuahua cutie, who is both loving and low maintenance. Friendly with other dogs, 5-year-old Jellybean would be fine with a relaxed canine playmate, but she would be equally happy as an only dog. And if you have a kitty, Jellybean won't mind. She mostly ignores the cat in her foster home. She's OK with the older teens there too. However, her favorite companion really is her adult human. She'll always be thrilled to see you when you walk into the house, and once you're home, she'll want to be nearby. If you're relaxing, she'd thoroughly appreciate lap time but will find another spot close by you'd prefer. She also would love to sleep in bed with you and will stay there all night long. Jellybean is house-trained, enjoys being out in the yard, walks fairly well on a leash, and is a good automobile passenger.
