Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. When I first met Loulou I fell in love there's something about her that is very beautiful. She wags her tail and gives us puppy kisses every time we pick her up. She was born this way she was vetted by our veterinarian and was diagnosed with congenital hypotrichosis. Alopecia is a disorder in dogs that causes the animal to have partial or complete hair loss. She was surrendered to our rescue so we can help her find a loving family that can look beyond her outer imperfections. Her heart and soul is beautiful. Loulou is eight weeks old and a Chihuahua mix who weighs 2 pounds. If you're interested in meeting Loulou please stop by or contact our Rescue for more information 909-267-9715. Please do not visit any shelters or rescue groups prior to coming into ours. We do this to keep our animals healthy and diseases from entering our rescue. Applications can be filled out at our rescue as well. All of our dogs are or will be spayed/neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and de-wormed.
