About Gin

This jewel is Gin, a Chihuahua who is 6 or 7 years old. She weighs about 7 pounds and is a tricolor, a beautiful color combination of white with dark gray spots and some tan around her nose. Gin came to us as an owner surrender. Her owner passed away and Gin went to his daughter. Unfortunately, the daughter was unable to keep her. This little girl has been with us before. Her original adoption was a couple of years ago. She and her brother came into our rescue and were known as Gin and Tonic. Tonic has found a home and is doing well. Now we just need to find sweet Gin a home. Gin is housebroken and knows how to use a doggie door. She gets along well with other dogs, but she has not been tested with cats. We do not know how she is with children, but believe with her sweet disposition she will do fine. Gin is full of energy and as sweet as she can be. She plays with the dogs in her foster home and loves to run around the yard--she would really like a fenced yard. She absolutely loves to be by her person. She follows her foster mom all around the house and likes to sleep with her in the big bed at night. Gin is heartworm negative and microchipped.
