About Snooper & Squeaky

We have 2 male kittens (4 months old) that we are wanting to place in your rescue program. My husband and I adopted them the last week of May, not knowing that we would be relocating back 'home' to the east coast (New Jersey) just 3 months later. We had initially thought to take them along with us. However, we are driving across country with a U-Haul truck, towing our car, and the trip will take 6 to 7 days of driving 8 to 9 hours everyday to get there in a week. If it were only 2 or 3 days, we would take them, but feel an entire week would traumatize them, and us, way more then would be good for all! Because they are so young, I feel they will adjust to new parents and a 'new home' well, and that giving them up is the best decision for them. I AM very attached to them, and them to me. I am there mommy. This was NOT an easy decision for me, but I feel it IS the right one. Their names are Snooper and Squeaky (aka: Snoop & Squeak). They have had a recent visit to the vet (Cortaro Farms Pet Hospital) for a 'check up' and had their shots. (I will provide the paperwork for that.) The boys have not been neutered as of yet, because I was told the recommended age for the procedure is 4 to 6 months and thought to do this closer to the 6 month time frame. I have written out information on them in detail and will provide this as well (likes, dislikes, routine, diet, etc.) We ARE trying to find a home for them, but have not been successful as of yet. They love each other and we want to do everything we can to keep them together Thank you, Sandy Moran
