About Eloise

Age: 7 months old Weight: 20lbs Vet Record: 100% vaccinated, spayed, microchipped, female Eloise is a sweet, energetic, smart puppy who enjoys being around kids and adults alike. She knows the commands 'sit' and 'off', and the rudiments of potty training. Her favourite toys included a slipper, a sponge, and a little tennis ball. Before bed, Eloise loves to play fetch with one or all three of them. She is a cuddler and will sleep through the entire night right by your side. Eloise has also spent time with children and is very tolerant and patient with them. She is very food motivated, so training should be easy if there are treats involved. She is a bit timid around larger dogs but comfortable around smaller ones. She like cats, but can be a bit overzealous in her attempt to engage them in play. Thus, she would do well with a cat that is accustomed to being around dogs. In May, she stayed for a week in a cottage with visiting volunteers. She loved to be indoors, cuddling on the bed and was getting the hang of asking to go outside to go to the bathroom. On walks outside the shelter, she did well both on and off the leash.
