I believe he is a male, a ring is starting to form around neck, I call him Sebastian. April 2018 hatched. He doesn't get along with other birds. Not good around kids. Steps up, talks, whistles, plays fetch with bottle caps, very playful, loving. He does fly and loves to, lands in my hair most times. Loves playing outside of cage but does get over stimulated which results in bad attitude, so needs breaks/naps in his cage frequently. Large cage, perches, toys, food (roudybush), etc included.
