The expression 'good things come in small packages' perfectly describes joyful little Juniper. The creamy 8-pound cutie, so easygoing, so friendly and so sweet, is truly her foster mom's adoring lap dog who loves being snuggled and petted so much that she even gets up on her hind legs and dances when she wants more attention! She also loves playing with other playful dogs (big or small), toys, bones and stuffed animals, going for walks -- walking smoothly on a leash -- and sleeping with her foster mom, burrowing under the covers beside her. Motivated by praise and food, and eager to please, she should be easy to teach, and is currently honing her housetraining skills. Clearly someone's well behaved pet at one time, this former stray was rescued from a high kill shelter in Texas in time to make some loving family the most loving companion as they complete her education and keep her mentally stimulated and physically satisfied fur-ever.
