About Holly

Adorable Holly story:: Hollys owner died and the daughter left her at the groomers along with two others she did not want after her mom was in hospice care. The other 2 were adopted but Holly sat there day in and day out just waiting for someone to help her and find her a loving forever home. She was known to have bladder stones and sat at the groomers kennel for 8 long months, as I told her I would take her and help her back in Nov but she would not release her to me. About a month ago she finally called and said would I help Holly. Drove a couple hours and picked her up took her to my vets and had the Bladder stones removed and vet did say she must of been in pain they were large about the size of a golf ball 5 of them. With time she has now regained her eating habits , which she must remain on her special food from vets for Urinary track to remain healthy. Cost me $30 for a bag, plus I give her special all natural food Vital from Petsmart in cooler section I am weaning her off of this food the Vital and she is eating fine. Just needs the vets dog food for urinary track Which is Science diet CD. She is already fixed she had all her shots and checked for Heartworms which she is Negative and did fecal and urine sample about a week ago and all were negative also. Had her micro chipped in my rescues name. All this was very costly to help her but I would not have had it any other way she is just such a doll. She did come here very skinny but she is now gaining and eating well, she can have accidents now and then must let her out a few times a day so needs someone home all day with her to let her out. She was at the groomers so long in that kennel she needs to learn her habits once again she is doing very good. Loves to be up on your lap. LOVES my grandson which is 8. Holly would love to find a home not so far. Keeping her in 50 mile radius of my home in Hillsboro. Hard water is a no no will need distilled water. This is one little girl you will really love. Holly is about 6 years old, 11 lbs . She walks well on a leash and loves the fenced in yard. So this little girl would love another dog small to be around. She sits next to my Shih tzu on the couch, its so cute. Please contact me through this site as I do work also. Must live within 50 MILES OF MY HOME and Must have another small dog for her to be with. This is what is best for Holly to be a happy girl for the rest of her life.
