About Goldie

Goldie's Momma dumped at a shelter in TX about 10 weeks ago. We were told the owners didn't mean to get her pregnant and didn't want to deal with the responsibility, so they dumped her at the shelter when she was just days from giving birth. We were so lucky to get her to CO, safe in a foster home, just 12 hours before giving birth. These pups are 8 weeks old now, healthy, happy, and ready to find their forever homes. Momma is a 20lb Dachshund/terrier mix, and we have no idea what dad is, but we are guessing something very small since the pups are still super small (3lbs tops). We are guessing the pups will be about 10-20lbs when full grown, but they probably have many different breeds in them. All of these pups have been raised on a farm since day one of being born. They have been very well socialized with tons of people and other animals. They are one of the sweetest little litters we have had come through here. They all just love to snuggle, play, sleep, and repeat. They would do wonderful in homes with other dogs/animals, but thats not a must. These pups will be happy as long as their families have lots of love to give, and time to spend with them.
