Meet Kooper, he is a Red Heeler and only 19 weeks old. Little Kooper was brought to the faciltiy by some wonderful people who saved this little guy from starving. They both cried when they brought him to the facility but financially could not keep him. Mr. Kooper's butt wiggles all the time and he has been in a play group with lots of other dogs and does very well.
