TONKS - A4099239 Hi, my name is TONKS. I am a neutered male, brindle and white Plott Hound mix, and I weigh about 64 lbs. I was found as a stray, and brought in by a caring stranger, and the shelter staff think I am about 8 years old. I have been at the shelter since Jun 23, 2018. I'm a very sweet and handsome older gentleman. I am fearful of other dogs, so if you have a doggie, we should probably meet first. I walk real good on a leash, so I would make a good walking or hiking buddy. I know 'sit' and 'down', and I take treats very gently. I'm not really interested in toys much, just like to hang out with my human. I'm calm and mellow, and would also make a good fellow couch potato. The staff thinks I may be potty trained - not sure yet. Little kids make me a little nervous, so older kids would be better. At my age, I tend to get overlooked by potential adopters, so if I don't get out of here pretty soon, I may not make it out on all fours.
