About Delilah

Meet Delilah! Delilah is an around 2-years-old Boxer. Delilah didn't have the best past, being used as a breeding machine and under socialized. Luckily she found her way to Hands of Hope Rescue and is learning how to just be a dog now! She loves people once she realized they won't hurt her; her little stub tail will go about 100 mph asking to be pet! She would be good with one more submissive dog or fine as an only pet! Delilah is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and microchipped. Delilah is heartworm positive, but with a new treatment she only needs to receive a pill occasionally and does not need to be on kennel rest. Heartworms are only transmitted by mosquitos and cannot be transmitted to other animals or people through Delilah. Due to Delilah's age, size, and breed, we feel it would be best for her to have a fenced in yard so she can run off some of her excess energy.
