URGENT: Hot Dog is easy to get out of his kennel and to walk on a leash until he sees another dog. Then he strains and pulls to get closer to them. Please save Hot Dog's life before it's too late. He needs an adopter or foster so his life will be spared. He is at a high kill shelter that is full and dogs are being killed. Fostering is free of charge and everything is provided .
