About Cutie Pie

Hello, my name's Cutie Pie and I'm an adorable 10 month old Chihuahua/Dachshund mix (Chiweenie). I'm very loving and incredibly intelligent and need a patient family to embed myself into. I am very timid and easily scared by loud noises (fireworks, thunder) and fast movements. I will have some initial trust issues which is why I need you to be patient with me but once we are bonded, I will be your loyal dog forever. When I'm scared, I will run! For my safety, I should go to a home with a fully fenced yard (all the way to the ground with no holes or gaps) or someone who lives in an apartment where I will always be on a leash when I go outside. I should also go to a household without young children. I get along fine with children when they are calm so an occasional visit from a child/children would be fine (such as a grandchild, niece/nephew, etc.).
