I came into the shelter as a owner surrender on 28-Jul-2018, with the surrender reason stated as person circumstance- moving - no pets allowed. Sorry, this pet is for new hope partners only. Prince Pepper is at risk due to behavior, with a New Hope Only determination. He is uncomfortable with some forms of handling and restraint and has escalated to a bite when his warnings were ignored. There are no medical concerns for him at this time.
