About *URGENT* Honey

Lab / German Shepherd
Age: Young Adult
Sex: Female

Usually, I like to acknowledge when a dog I've been networking is adopted/rescued. HONEY was adopted in August, but I had a bad instinct about the adopter, and I hoped she would be returned shortly thereafter. HONEY is, in fact, back at the East Valley shelter, but she was brought in as a stray and held for the requisite 10 days to notify the family. Just this morning, the adopter returned a call and said that HONEY had gotten out of her collar while being walked two weeks ago. It appears he won't be redeeming her (thankfully). HONEY became available for adoption today, again. Please help find her a responsible rescue/person/family to get her out of the shelter, once and for all..... ... She is as sweet as honey When a dog in a shelter, who is as sweet as honey, has not been adopted, one can only shake one's head in wonderment. This is especially so when said honey-of-a-dog happens to be named HONEY (A1751977), and she has been in the shelter since January 16. HONEY is 4-years-old and she has a playful and loving disposition. She has an overbite that makes her adorable and eyes that may reveal her intelligence. Notes in the shelter computer say she will do best as an only pet, It is recommended that you come to the East Valley Animal Shelter and meet HONEY and see for yourself what makes her so delicious. The shelter is at 14409 Vanowen St., Van Nuys, CA
