About Benny

Special Dog Looking for a Special Home! Please read bio before inquiring! This is Benny! Benny is a 5 year old Pekingese mix, in search of his forever home! Benny takes a little while to warm up to new people, but is a complete love bug to those he knows and trusts. He loves nothing more than to sit on his persons lap, go for car rides, and to be held like a baby. However, Benny will also let you know when it is time to leave him alone. Benny has a typical Pekingese attitude, and would do best in a home with an experienced owner. Benny is also not a fan of men, and it takes him a lot longer to warm up to men than it does women. He would do best in a low traffic home, with older or no kids, and an owner who will have strict boundaries on what he is and isn't allowed to get away with. If Benny sounds like he would be a good fit for you and your home, you can apply to adopt him at dogtownrescue.org. A few meets may be required before you are able to take him home. Benny cannot live in a home with children.
