About Jack

Jack is sweet, personable, playful INDOOR cat about 16 months old. He is litter and scratching post trained and trained to stay indoors. He is a healthy petit cat weighing about 5 pounds. He enjoys spending time on a screened porch or patio, playing with stringy toys, cat tunnels and balls. He is an excellent lap cat. His owner died and we thought we could blend him with our family. Unfortunately, it is not working out. He gets along with our two cats but he tends to get aggressive with our special needs cat. He doesn't have a mean bone in him, he's just very playful and doesn't understand when to back off. He is also terrified of my husband. The poor guy cowers in fear when my husband approaches him; but he will accept treats from him. He sits in my lap and sleeps by my side but he will not allow me to pick him up or pet him. He has developed some behavior issues such as his love of toilet paper, paper towels and napkins. He is an otherwise good cat.
