About Colby

Colby is a 9 month old cairn terrier mix puppy who is looking for the perfect forever family to call his own. Colby is a shy boy, who is very sweet, but takes some time to warm up after meeting new people. Colby will need a patient and very loving family, and will need someone who is home most of the time, as he has some separation anxiety when left alone. Colby also needs a home with another dog friend in the home as he has never been the only dog and a friend can help with his separation anxiety. Colby would do best with older children who understand when he needs space. Colby is house broken, kennel trained and dog door trained. He is an escape artist who will dart out any door if given the chance, so he will need watched carefully to keep him safe. Colby loves car rides, so he will gladly join you on your morning coffee run. Colby currently weighs 9 pounds but may fill out a bit more. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and vet checked. He comes with 30 days of free pet insurance, and comes with a free vet visit as well. His adoption fee is $300.
