He was abandoned by his owner suddenly, and then narrowly escaped being dumped at a high kill shelter when a Paws Worldwide foster intervened. He is really hoping to be chosen as part of a loving forever family. SYLVESTER is housebroken, always uses the litter box, doesn't spray, doesn't scratch up the furniture, and is well-behaved.
