They said to relax and be myself for my pictures - I hope you can see what a great boy I am, and also that I can be a little goofy too. I'm Ben and I heard I have come so far so quickly that I am ready to go to my forever home. I was pretty nervous when I first met my foster and the other dogs but now I just love being around all and everyone. I really love my people and I am looking for a home where I can feel safe and loved. Dogs/no dogs? I'm easy and happy to be with you. I still am a little timid when I see my leash and I do tend to startle easily - I just need you to show me it's ok though and remember that so many things are new for me, even a ball being thrown for me. I guess I didn't get the full puppy experience when I was younger but I'm still a pup at only a year so I have plenty to learn. I always come when you call me and I like to stay real close to you. I can't wait to learn more about this crazy world by your side. *All of The Right to Live dogs are fostered locally in San Antonio Texas and will be transported to other states to their new families upon adoption. We believe fostering dogs and not having them decompress in a kennelled environment is more beneficial for the dogs and builds their trust and companionship in a family situation. ADOPTION FEE INCLUDES: transportation costs, previous/current medical treatment (spay/neuter, etc.) and a health certificate for cross-state travel*
