About Layla

Layla is a black lab / shepherd mix that is 7 years old. She is in need of a new home after her owner fell on hard times and was dealing with an eviction. Layla is a sweet girl that still has a lot of energy. She is just as happy to cuddle up during the down times. Layla loves to play fetch and seems to do well with other dogs. She has lived with her sister Minaj for the past 7 years, she is up for adoption as well. (If both girls are adopted together, we will waive the 2nd adoption fee.) Layla seems to be interested in kitties. She spends some time at the kennel watching the cats and wagging her tail. We cautiously guess she may be fine co-existing with a cat. Layla has been around children and has always been gentle. She is house trained and crate trained. She is trustworthy to be left alone with no issues. Layla is spayed, heartworm negative, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped.
