About Glenda (No Idaho)

Glenda aka Laynee - from her fostermom: What can I say about Laynee Lou�'�| She is the epitome of the perfect dog! She has not had one accident, has not destroyed or chewed anything up since fostering her. If there was a flaw with Laynee, it would be she lacks a palate for food. Eating is not her favorite thing, weird I know. We have been adding a little bone broth to get her to eat as she needs to gain 5+ lbs. We are also working on her food manners. If it was up to her, she would just stick her head in the other pups bowls (not eat it of course, just see what is in there). When she does eat, we have been testing her to see how she does when we stick our hand in her bowl. She doesn't snap or bite but she does whip her head to your hand. Once she gets warmed up to other dogs, she loves loves loves to play. She is a funny girl! She reminds me of a cat at times; she likes to rub up against you and go in and out from between your legs. She is very vocal, loves to talk (bark) to you and tell you all about her day. She will sometimes sing you a song if you get the right toy. She is also the best cuddler and has to be touching you at all times while sitting. She would be good with other dogs (cats unknown), and children that are taught proper manners around dogs. I know the time will come when someone will adopt sweet Laynee and it will be really tough to let her go as we have become attached to her. But they will be lucky to have her in their life!
