Rowan is a sweet, small Staffy mix. She was found as a stray living in an abandoned house in Houston Texas. She arrived on a transport from Texas on 7/31. I am fostering her in Mount Vernon Washington. She is a shy girl but so much fun when she feels comfortable and comes out of her shell. She is about 35 pounds. She loves treats and snuggles!
