This adorable puppy will be arriving in Vermont on August 5th from a high kill shelter in West Monroe, LA. She is 3 months old. We do not provide DNA testing which is the only way to know with certainty which breeds are in their genetic background. We were told mom was a yellow lab and dad was a rat terrier. As a result a few are known as 'low riders' with shorter legs. Hazel is: - Good with other dogs - Not spayed* - Up to date on all vaccines - Good with cats - Well socialized - Crate trained - Working on house breaking - Friendly, playful and curious Hazel is looking for her forever home and will make a wonderful companion. * Based on current veterinary recommendations, these pups have not been spayed due to their young age. We do require proof of this procedure at a later date as part of the terms of our Adoption Agreement. Please discuss the correct time for this to be done with your veterinarian. We can provide a $75 rebate once the procedure is completed. Our adoption fee is $375 which includes age appropriate vaccines (such as Distemper, Bordetella, Parvo, Rabies), worming, micro- chipping, and health exam.
