About Jake

Jake is fostered in Vero Beach, FL (Indian River County). We are a foster-based rescue and always looking for foster families! Jake is a friendly, good-natured smooth coat border collie mix of about 2-3 years of age and around 55 lbs. He is a sweet soul who gets along great with other dogs and children. He loves water, playing ball, going for walks and playing with other dogs. He walks nicely on lead and is nonreactive when encountering other dogs. He is working on basic commands and manners and currently knows how to sit, come and wait. He is crate trained and housebroken. This sweet guy is just waiting for the right family to scoop him up! Jake is neutered, up-to-date on vaccines and preventives, microchipped and heartworm negative.
