About Smudge

Smudge is a Male, 9 year old (DOB: 04/2009), DMH Orange, (Declawed on his front paws) Cat. Smudge, aka 'Smudgemonster,' is our beautiful orange fluff-ball. Medium-haired, orange-on-top and blondish-white on his belly, Smudge's fur is as soft as a baby bunny. He is loyal and loving and will make the dark days brighter by inherently knowing when you need him by your side. Smudge always comes to sit by you or lay in bed with you when you're not feeling well or down; he just knows. He's always available to snuggle and will let you play with his little, pink, jelly-bean toes while he spreads his rear paws out wide. He's 9 years old but still has the energy of a kitten when he plays - romping around like a little linebacker. His beautiful golden eyes are in contrast to the freckles on his nose that he's picked up over the years. Give him a few pets on the back, a scratch on the head and then prepare for the inevitable 'TIMBER' when he falls down on his side with a thud like a tree in the forest. Rub his belly vigorously and he'll splay his legs wide so you can see his cute pink stomach. Smudge likes to be the man of the house but does do well with other cats�'�|he'll just make it known that he's in charge. Food wise�'�|he can be a bit of a garbage disposal - if you leave it out or put it down to eat�'�|Smudge will eat it. He is 9 years old, neutered, current on shots, and declawed in the front paws. He's always healthy and has eaten a grain free diet since he was a kitten.
