Meet Zoei, a lovely English Mastiff mix dog for adoption near El Paso TX and Albuquerque NM in High Rolls Mountain Park, NM. This healthy young female dog has been spayed, fully vaccinated and house trained. At just 2 years of age, Zoei already takes her job of home security very seriously. She is an outstanding watch dog, and has kept her owners and their property safe from coyotes and intruders. Zoei loves to be with her people, and is a very affectionate dog and extremely sensitive to her owners' state of health. All her owner needs to do is to cough, and Zoei is there acting as a concerned dog-nurse. She likes to fetch, but can't always be counted on to bring the ball back :-) She is territorial about other dogs on the property, as is common with her breed. Zoei has lived with her owner since she was just a tiny 5 week old puppy. She was raised with another dog, and they have always been great together. Unfortunately, a recent incident occurred where Zoei attacked her dog sibling after waking up from a nap. Her owner was injured in the altercation. As a result, it is clear that Zoei needs a home where she is the only dog, with plenty of room to patrol her territory. She is an amazing dog, and deserves a loving home with dog owners who will appreciate her size, personality and the feeling of safety she provides to her loved ones.
