This 11-year-old entered the East Valley Animal Shelter on June 22, after his owner was arrested. For nearly a month DOLLAR has been held as 'personal property,' in jail, much like his owner. Except, DOLLAR did nothing wrong. DOLLAR is available now to be adopted/rescued, and to be given an opportunity to live the remainder of his life with someone who will protect him and look out for his best interests.
