About dont know

i have a dog i picked up from the middle of a busy road, we took him to iacc to scan for a chip, he is chipped but not registered, chip came back to franklin vet, they said he neutered and vetted in 2015 for PAWS and that the rescue no longer exist. Posted him on Nextdoor app and Indylostpets. Drove neighborhood where picked up looking for lost signs. Nothing!! He is a good looking pit with trimmed nails, he gets along with my 2 dogs and my 2 cats. He is not food aggressive. He does show old scars on his snout. Landlord had a big fit about him being a pit and said he had to go. We have had him for 8 days and I reall;y dont want to take him to iacc so i am looking for a rescue that could take him in. I have until Monday or he will have to go to iacc, please help.
