About Snickers

Hi! I'm Snickers! I was tossed in an orange grove and left to die. Someone brought me here. I was covered in fire ants and fleas. I had been bitten so many times that my back legs did not work. The nice people here weren't even sure I was going to make it! But I was resilient and here I am! I am 3-4 years old and weigh about 60 lbs. I am a lab/pit mix. Can you believe I have been waiting for a home for more than two years. The girl writing this does not understand how this is possible! I need to be your only dog (I play pretty rough) and no cats please. I do great with well-behaved children. I am heartworm negative and walk great on a leash. Oh and I ride great in a car! I just want someone to love me and to be part of a family. I may need a little housetraining at first...you see it is okay to go in your kennel here at the shelter!! I beg you to give me a chance!
