About Abigail

Abigail is the cutest girl! She is just a little over 1yr old and weighs just under 25lbs. She appears to be a spaniel basset mix. Whatever she is, she is absolutely darling! She is a bit on the timid side when meeting new folks and will even give an alert bark when unknown people come to the door. With just a little encouragement, and a treat or two, she settles down to become best friends with the visitors. She's generally a very easy going girl, but she does like to wrestle with her doggy playmates. She would do best with a med to small dog in the home that will help build her trust and confidence. She's great with kitties so a cat or two would be just fine. Because she is insecure, kids must be over 10yrs old. She is fully crate and house trained and can be left home alone for up to 6hr intervals.
