About Josie

Josie is a fun loving 2 year old pit mix. She has a lot of energy and loves to be outside no matter the weather. she does not bark and loves everyone. We take her to the dog park every week and she is great will all dogs big and small, she usually is submissive to them. she loves car rides we have taken her on 2 different 10 hour trips. She does get kenneled during the day when no one is home because she has chewed up stuff while we were gone, but at night she sleeps on a little pallet in our room and we have had no issues. we would love to keep her, but she needs a lot of attention and needs more space to get her energy out. Since we are having a baby we won't be able to give her what she needs and we are currently still in an apartment. Like i said she is great with kids and people, but she does not realize how big she is and has no idea what personal space means. She is about medium size in height, but is about 80 ibs at her heaviest. She is potty trained and will sit an stay when commanded. she is okay on a leash, but in a know environment she usually stays where she can see you if not on leash. Please only contact if you have plenty of outdoor space and won't have to kennel her all day, we want to give her a better home not another place to be in a cage. texting me is the best way to reach me, i usually don't answer unknown numbers.
