About Help for 2 Rat Terrier

Two rat terriers needing to get to no-kill animal care / foster care / forever home. They have been together their whole lives, so important to keep them together. One is male and one female. They are about 5 to 7 years old. They are in a home with drug addiction, so they are going without food. I get food to them when I can but they are still malnourished and neglected. The owner is willing to let the dogs get out to a safe place, as long as it is a no-kill and the dogs stay together. I am the contact for the dogs, but I do not have the dogs in my care. Since I have chosen the 'No Adoption Fee' option, you need to be a no-kill animal rescue or foster home or aligned with the no-kill animal rescue movement. I will verify this.
