Nova Scotia Duck Toller mix

Rose was 1 yr. old when adopted by me from a rescue organization in Oct. 2017. They said she was a Border Collie. Based on behavior and looks, I think she's a Nova Scotia Duck Toller: she's a beautiful red and white, 50 lb. animal. Rose doesn't meet adults or children easily: she may act friendly, and even submissive, but then growls and snaps. She's okay with other dogs. She has come to trust me and one other adult. Rose needs serious training and a home with no kids.
